Here it is!
The traditional “after market designer booth” roll call!
I try to do this after every quilt market. If you recall last time I had a camera malfunction and was not able to get all the pictures I had wanted. Believe it or not, my camera was still in the shop waiting on parts for this market. But I was able to borrow my husbands camera to bring along this time.
I wanted to freshen things up this time and not do so many of those “posed” pictures. The theme this time is “action” shots!
Maybe this is a BAD idea … I am not that good with regular shots, especially when using a different camera … you be the judge!
Lets start here at Me and My Sister Designs …
A rare “action” shot of Mary looking a bit orange and kicking some trash under our table rather than pick it up.
Next stop is Sandy Klop and American Jane …
She was always so busy and kept turning her head away from me.
Third stop around the block is Jan Patek.
I caught this cute photo when her husband Pep surprised her with a new pin.
Over to Sweetwater on the corner!
This darling picture of laughing Lisa is minus her mom Karla. Guess she was missing in “action” shopping?
Blackbird Designs is next …
And an “action” shot of Alma’s swinging leg.
Or maybe you would prefer this picture of Barb’s hair falling in her face.
Edyta from Laundry Basket Quilts …
Vibrating her typical energy to everything around her so that this picture seems out of focus? Come to think of it, I think most of these photos look fuzzy.
Then onto Kathy Schmitz …
Licking her lips or sticking out her tongue at me?
And Lynne at Kansas Troubles …
She is gonna love this “action” shot with her mouth wide open.
Bunny Hill on another corner …
And the famous hide the name on your name badge stance.
Deb Strain of Saltbox Illustrations …
Missing in “action” and her cute Mom babysitting the booth.
And last but not least, Minick and Simpson …
And Laurie mastering her famous sleepwalking technique.
I think I’d better hope my camera is fixed by next market and go back to the traditional “posed” photos.
I should also probably watch my back when around the other designers?
Barb

Absolutely! You never know what sorts of embarrasing shots they will get of you.
You two were one of the highlights of my first market. Thank you for making me laugh so much. Your fabric is just as wonderful as you are and I cannot wait to send you your Tim Tams. Jane x
Love the photos, what besutiful quilts in the photos
Thanks for the chuckles! P.S. I’d definitely watch your back…pretty much guaranteed we’re gonna see some action shots of you!
Thanks for sharing a few of Market pics!
I like the ‘action’ shots, they’re fun!! But, I can see how they may get you in trouble!! Some glorious quilts on display… there is some serious talent around!
The pictures were great! It’s hard to take shots with so many people around! You did a good job with a new camera!
Loved the pictures, Barb. Almost like being there!
Love the post. Too funny
Loved the video where you demonstrated your “swim” and “pony” moves. Then along came Mary after that. You girls are sooooo much fun to watch!
