And The Winners Are …

Thanks for participating in our Sew Red day!
It was fun reading about all the different ways we try to stay healthy. I know I’m going to try a little harder to do the right things.

3 ~ Susan … My best friend and I walk at the gym 3 times per week. I’ve been trying to cut out most sweets, fried foods, and eat healthier. Diabetes runs in the family and heart disease goes hand-in-hand so I’m trying to have healthier habits.
